Werkstudent People - Schwerpunkt: Employee Experience & Development (m/f/d)

You support our Employee Experience & Development team in all administrative tasks in the field of individual professional training, from seminar research and registration to the processing of invoices. You accompany the organizational implementation of ongoing training and training formats, including hotel bookings, coordination with participants and trainers as well as preparation of training material. In addition, you ensure the care and evaluation of all event data. You participate in the planning, organisation and implementation of internal events, workshops and development measures and prepare communication content. In the case of continuing training programs, you will participate from conception to implementation, for example by creating presentation documents or organizing information events. Depending on your needs, you support the organization of our basic training for new employees and managers as part of onboarding. After you have been involved, you are increasingly taking on independent tasks within the team.

You are currently studying economics or social sciences, such as business administration, pedagogy, psychology or a comparable degree course. Ideally, you could already gain first practical experience, for example as part of an internship or a student activity in an economic company. Safe handling of the current MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a matter of course for you. You are open to constructive and stimulating exchanges with colleagues and actively engage in cooperation. Organisational skills, carelessness and an independent way of working are your strengths. You have secure English skills, ideally at level B1 or above. You share our values!
