The focus is on: Processing of telephone and/or written service requests – your goal is to provide our customers with the best possible support. Ensuring high customer satisfaction through your empathy and solution orientation - your commitment makes the difference. Managing our customers' contracts, maintaining customer data and implementing standardised processes – you make sure everything goes smoothly.

For this varied and exciting task, you will ideally bring the following qualifications: Joy of communication as well as a safe occurrence in written and telephone customer support – your positive way is appreciated! High customer and service orientation, paired with empathy and team skills – you have an open ear for the concerns of our customers. A completed training (e.g. to the Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Büromanagement, Dialog Marketing, im Retail, Hotel Kaufmann / Hotel Kauffrau (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)) or first experience in customer service are a plus. Safe use of the German language in word and writing – you can express yourself clearly and understandably.
