• German Approbation as a Dentist / Dentist
• Experience or strong interest in Implantology and/or Prosthetics
• Safe surgical and prosthetic understanding (or motivation to expand this)
• Precise work, aesthetic sense and quality claim
• Empathy and communication strength in dealing with patients
• Independent work and team spirit
