Technik Manager Integrated Maritime Systems (m/f/d)

Take overall technical responsibility for the development of complex systems and subsystems from the first concept to the final acceptance in the area of integrated maritime systems for ships, boats and for the protection of critical infrastructures. In this central management function, you guide the development team professionally, coordinate cooperation with suppliers and external bodies and manage technical risk management. As a primary technical contact, you represent the project in-house and externally and ensure the success of the technical project management. Your duties Technical management in the context of supply processing and system development including the creation of concepts, specifications and requirements analyses for integrated maritime systems for floating platforms and for the protection of critical maritime infrastructure Technical leadership of the technical development team as well as the definition, planning and target-actual control of the respective work packages Responsible implementation of system integrations, system checks, fault detections as well as planning internal and external acceptances and system qualifications Creation of skeletons, schedules, test documents and technical decision templates such as make-or-buy analyses On-site technical presentation and negotiation of technical content with customers, partners, suppliers and subcontractors Control of technical risk and claim management, control of progress and cash outflow and regular reporting in project status meetings

Complete technical studies Multiannual professional experience in a technical department and experience in the technical management of projects Funded knowledge in handling specialist planning, control and requirements engineering software English knowledge in word and writing Global readiness
