As an operational manager, you lead the team in the field of diverse organic analytics We know how to carry out analyses (e.g. medium GCMS) as a responsible examiner and to secure the quality standard in accordance with DIN EN ISO 17025 in your best hands They are responsible for monitoring the timely processing of orders in the assigned work areas In addition, you take on varied tasks in the field of organization and quality assurance, and you are the first contact person for operational questions in your work area You are responsible for the planning and organisation of personnel and equipment capacities In close cooperation with the department manager, you will create investment plans, measure the personnel equipment and the training needs of your departments They support us through their active cooperation in the further development of the processes in the transferred work area

Chemotechniker, Bachelor, Master or Chemical Laboratory/CTA with several years of professional experience, also in the field of environmental analysis Structured, targeted work is of course for you You recognize optimization potentials and enjoy active participation in the work area Your personal commitment to comply with UCL's quality promise to customers Technical questions can be solved by their expertise and personal readiness You have good computer skills (especially MS Office) Your profile is rounded off by strong communication and team skills
