About us

The Land of Hesse is the largest employer of the public service in Hesse. In the Judgment of the Land of Hesse, ca. 3000 staff members of the detention centres and provide safe accommodation. The H. B. Wagnitz Seminar – Service Centre for the Hessian Judgment – is responsible for the extensive and demanding training of junior staff. It also offers training events and provides attractive spaces for workshops or seminars for interested parties. In addition, the central collection of personnel for the mid- and high-level service of the Hessian judiciary and the central health management are located here.

The H.B. Wagnitz-Seminar has a total plot area of 11.811m2, of which 3.867.41m2 are built. The meeting room has 55 rooms for the accommodation of meeting guests, candidates and 9 seminar rooms plus a sports room and 25 office rooms. In addition, there are also 46 external accommodation options in 14 residential communities in the official residence in Wiesbaden.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Wiesbaden

Your duties

• Supervision of the property of the H.B. Wagnitz-Seminar and the official apartments of JVA Wiesbaden (refurbishment and renovation, deficiencies and decrease in the withdrawal of the candidates)
• Coordination of the use of external companies within the framework of construction maintenance
• Implementation of inspection tours and repair and renovation work
• Smaller electrical work according to electrotechnically proven persons (exchanges of light switches, sockets, illuminants and safety inserts)
• Control of windows, doors, lighting and the various media such as officials, laptop, TV etc. after the event
• Closure of the rooms or the house and, if necessary, the premises
• Alternate readiness service, incl. readiness within the master team
• Maintenance of the outer surfaces including terraces, balconies, parking space and associated green areas, or the area behind the house, incl. Access
• Street, road and winter service (removal of foliage and snow)
• Implementation of the flag
• Monitoring the compliance of occupational safety regulations
• Monitoring compliance with fire protection regulations
• Administration and maintenance of service vehicles
• messenger and driving services, including procurement
• cleaning and filling of beverage machines including the fitting of refrigerators in event rooms with drinks for special events; Final consumption and transfer of data to conference venue management for the purpose of accounting
• Waste disposal / special waste, timely commissioning and pick-up of green cut and bulk containers as needed as well as regular waste disposal / fat separator / food waste / bottles
• Preparation of training rooms including seating and provision of conference technology according to the requirements of the conference venue management

Our requirements

• Complete training in the craft sector or a similar qualification
• Ideally professional experience in the field of building management or mastery or as carpenters or Tableware Class B driving licence
• Ready-to-use, team capability and loadability
• Good understanding and innovation joy
• Service and customer-oriented attitude and readiness of flexible adaptation of work plans as well as a serious and well-kept occurrence
• Self-responsible and flexible planning and implementation of the various activities
• Ready for occasional work at unfavorable times or even at weekends
