Gain hands-on experience with design documentation and corresponding test specifications Develop test plans and analysis technical requirements to ensure comprehensive validation coverage Prepare and activities up samples for validation Support the development, optimisation, and validation of new design concepts and functionalities Characterise inverter control and logic sub-modules, including PMICs, CAN interfaces, sensors, and microcontrollers Analysis and document measurement results in structured and professional test reports Perform design validation through worst-case calculations, simulations, and technical assessments Review and analysis existing inverter assemblies to support design and validation activities

enrolled in a Master's degree programme in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field, with strong academic performance High level of motivation and a strong willingness to quickly acquire new knowledge technical Team-oriented personality with excellent communication and collaboration skills Solid understanding of power electronics Knowledge of MOSFET, IGBT, and SiC MOSFET technologies Understanding of gate driver circuits as well as analogue and digital electronics Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken Self-driven, resilient, flexible, and comfortable working in an international environment Specialization in measurement technology, power electronics, circuit design, or control engineering Enthusiasm for hands-on measurement and testing activities Good understanding of electronic systems, components and their interactions Experience with MATLAB, PSpice, LTspice, or Altium is considered to advantage
