Avoid errors sustainably – you identify recurring sources of error and implement durable solutions. Edit complaints – you process customer and internal complaints efficiently and professionally. Use interfaces effectively – you work closely with all production areas, logistics, sales and other relevant departments. Documentation and monitoring – you document and monitor complaints in SAP PP/MM and SAP SD. Analyses and reporting – They conduct analyses and report on the quality and performance of complaint processing.

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, forwarding businessman/wife, merchant/wife for office management) or a comparable qualification Knowledge of MS Office and SAP PP/MM as well as SAP SD are advantageous First experience in complaint management as well as a technical understanding and fun in customer care Very good language skills in German and English Embossed team capacity, high customer orientation and strong enforcement capability
