Your duties Support and further development of our management systems together with the team of integrated quality management (see focuses of management systems) Participation in the preparation, implementation and recertification of combination audits Continuous development and optimization of our management systems Take over the function of the Quality Management Officer (QMB) including ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements Consultation and support of the departments in implementing quality, environmental, energy and occupational safety requirements Planning, coordination and supervision of internal and external audits Implementation of internal audits and derivation and follow-up of appropriate improvement measures together with the departments Support in the creation, maintenance and development of processes, process instructions and management documentation Promoting the continuous improvement of processes and management systems within the company Priorities of management systems Quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001 Energy management according to DIN EN ISO 50001 Environmental management according to DIN EN ISO 14001 Industrial safety management according to DIN EN ISO 45001

You can do this with: completed studies in the technical field, a further education to the technician or master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Qualification as Quality Management Officer (QMB) or a comparable or further qualification in management systems Embossed communication skills in German as well as safe handling in document steering and management Teamability and independent working readiness for continuous professional training, in particular in the relevant management systems Standing for occasional missions Also desirable are: professional experience in steel construction or metal construction Good English knowledge of word and writing Professional starters welcome: (m/w/d) is also an opportunity to work on this responsible task.
