• Our customer is an innovative technology company focusing on the development of security-critical IT solutions for the public sector. The focus is on projects to digitize authorities and organisations with special safety requirements

  Your tasks:

• Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the department responsible or the associated organizational unit

• Conducting ad hoc analyses and conceptual development of existing reports and controlling instruments

• Participation in forecasts, budget planning and monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS

• Monitoring and analysis of economic indicators (KPIs) and clarification of deviations in cooperation with relevant fields

• Identification of new areas of action in the area of responsibility and derivation of concrete measures for decision support

• Control and implementation of special business tasks and projects

• Creation of short-, medium- and long-term planning for the responsible area

• Technical advice of departments and executives in business matters

• Preparation and implementation of key figures reviews for controlling product groups

• Creating meaningful presentations for Operation Reviews, Annual Reports and Planning Rounds based on existing templates

• Continuous optimization of controlling processes and tools

Your qualifications:

• Complete studies in the field of business management, controlling, finance or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in controlling, ideally in a regulated or public environment
• experience in cooperation with contracting authorities or in complex, bureaucratic project structures
• Very good knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP BW and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Very good English skills in word and writing
• Impressed analytical skills and the ability to understand complex economic contexts
• Communication strength, team capacity and a high degree of self-initiative
