Administrative staff - Ophthalmology (m/f/d)

As an employee at the OP-Terminvergabe, you contribute to providing patients ideally You take over the computer-assisted scheduling in the SAP as well as the administration of patients in the SAP You provide our patient with treatment documents You coordinate patient paths in interdisciplinary or cross-organisational treatment You are part of the daily OP meeting and prepare the necessary patient documents You are responsible for drug orders and orders from transplants (horse skin and amnion membranes)

You have a successfully completed training as a medical specialist, medical assistantin (best practice in ophthalmology), opticianin, optician*in, merchant/wife in health or similar qualification You bring experience in the organization of practice or Outpatient procedures with basic medical knowledge would be desirable You bring safe handling of the computer You have very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and good knowledge of English (min. B2) Reliability, responsiveness and team spirit You have an empathic and helpful attitude towards our patients
