Management and strategic development of the modernisation department Discipline and professional leadership and development of employees Conceptual planning, coordination and implementation of modernization projects with your department (e.g. energy upgrading, reuse, heating renewal) taking into account economic, social and ecological aspects Superior management of the modernisation programme and coordination of all internal and external stakeholders Total responsibility for compliance with costs, dates and quality standards Controlling the construction projects and reporting to the field manager as well as continuous optimization of processes and standards

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, real estate management or a comparable qualification multiannual professional experience in the management of modernization or construction projects; ideally in the housing industry Experience in dealing with planning offices, craft companies and authorities as well as in the management of external service providers Secure knowledge of building law and technical regulations Safe handling of common computer applications Ability to present and present complex content in a comprehensible and recipient-oriented manner Independent, structured work with self-initiative and sense of responsibility Commercial thinking and acting with a view to economy and sustainability
