SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – EC and/or Talent Modules

Configuration, administration and continuous development of the SAP SuccessFactors modules, ideally focusing on EC or Compensation and Variable Pay Analysis, design and implementation of new requirements in close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers Planning and implementation of implementation, optimization and rollout projects in the national and international environment Advising the HR specialist areas in the design of the corresponding talent processes and their technical implementation in SuccessFactors Ensuring high data quality and analysis and troubleshooting within the framework of 2nd and 3rd level support Close and agile cooperation with internal stakeholders as well as active participation in the further development of our HR system landscape Proactive examination of regulatory and data protection requirements and ensuring compliance

Complete study of economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification At least two years of practical professional and project experience in the environment of SAP SuccessFactors Knowledge of the implementation, configuration and development of SAP SuccessFactors talent modules or EC SAP Certification in SuccessFactors EC or Compensation and Variable Pay Ideally additional knowledge or certification in other SuccessFactors modules, such as Performance & Goals or Recruiting Experience in implementing requirements in complex system landscapes and a good understanding of HR processes Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Impressed communication and team skills as well as joy in working with different stakeholders High level of initiative, readiness to learn and interest in innovative technologies in the SAP SuccessFactors environment German language skills and very good English skills (C1) in word and writing No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
