Create regular evaluations to meet legal quality requirements Implementation of personnel requirements and personnel cost planning Preparation of evaluations for management, hospital management and departments Participation in digitization and optimization of HR processes Support for payment negotiations and personnel projects

You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Economics or a comparable qualification You have very good knowledge in Excel as well as experience with HR systems You have high IT and number affinity and a high degree of analytical competence You know the basics of legal quality standards for hospitals or are able to acquire them at short notice
