We are looking for a Head of Customer Service / Head of Customer Service (m/w/d) at Germersheim.

Leadership and Organization Head of the sales office of 10 persons (Sales Office and Back Office) Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of employees personnel deployment planning and ensuring quality, appointments and capacities Participation in terms of conditions, sales controlling and control of relevant KPIs Processes and interfaces Analysis and optimization of internal sales processes Further development of the interfaces to external services, production and logistics Monitoring complaints as well as support in error prevention Initiation of digitalization and automation measures Customers and Sales Ensuring efficient handling of requests, orders and offers Coordination of wholesale tenders and integration of new business Customer support and close cooperation with sales Quality and safety Ensuring compliance with quality, work, environmental and safety standards

Completed commercial training, commercial studies or comparable qualifications desirable Multiannual professional experience in sales Embossed analytical skills and experience in handling KPIs and controlling instruments High process and customer orientation as well as affinity for digitization topics Communication strength, enforcement capacity and strong team capability Self-employed, structured and result-oriented work Good knowledge of English (B2)
