Continuous Improvement Manager (m/f/d)

Conducting process and value flow analyses Initiation, management and implementation of improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methods Implementation of concepts, methods and standards for continuous process improvement Moderation and support of problem solving processes and workshops Development and introduction of relevant KPI systems Coaching and empowering employees and managers in Lean methods, problem solving techniques and continuous process improvements Preparation of management reviews direct reporting to the Managing Director

completed studies in the field of economics/engineering, economics, production/pharmacology or comparable qualification Multiannual experience and proven success in process optimization, lean management and operational excellence further qualification by Lean Six Sigma, as well as professional experience in project, process and change management; ideally in the pharmaceutical environment safe use of problem-solving methods (e.g. A3, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis) very good moderation, presentation and coaching skills pronounced process and result-oriented thinking routined handling of the current MS Office application and PowerBI very good German and English in word and writing
