As a trainee business intelligence (m/w/d), you develop and develop practical, analytical and strategic solutions together with the team and work with our customers and stakeholders to further develop our reporting and product portfolio – both in the backend and in the frontend. You get exciting insights into the practice – from requirement and documentation creation to stakeholder and process management to the design of reporting. You can gain first experience in introducing and developing new technologies and methods. With your ideas and commitment, you help make data-based decisions and optimize our processes. You work on optimizing data processes and interfaces between different teams and take over your own projects where you are responsible from the start.

You have a degree in BWL, human resources management, economic psychology or a comparable quantitative qualification They have fun in processes, structures and can logically link them.
