In-house technician (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team we are looking for a full-time (38,5 hours/week) for the Kiel-Wellsee site at the next possible date

Maintenance of technical equipment, e.g. ventilation, heating, cold, air conditioning, electric, sprinkler. Sanitary and outdoor facilities Preparation and monitoring of expert reviews Support & monitoring of foreign business operations regular visit and documentation of services of building equipment Contact person in craft matters Small repairs

successfully completed training, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, heating, air conditioning, ventilation or plumbing technology or a comparable craft training multi-year professional experience Handling of PC and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Required Care, reliability and loadability independent work, coupled with reliability and craftsmanship Standing for emergency services and working on weekends
