Your tasks with us: You are responsible for the forcibly collection of public and private claims, enforcement of movable and immovable property, and enforcement of foreign law. You carry out payments (such as account and wage payments). You process extrajudicial comparisons and insolvency proceedings. You take over the correspondence and cooperation with courts and courts. You prepare precipitations, reductions and decrees for the decision.

Take this with you: Qualification: You have a career examination for the middle non-technical administration service, training as an administrative specialist or a comparable qualification. Expertise: Knowledge in general administrative law, in particular in enforcement law and insolvency law, are an advantage. EDV-Kennts: You are safe in handling MS-Office. Personal strengths: You work carefully, solution-oriented and independent with a high sense of responsibility. Teamability, enforcement and negotiation skills are just as good as the ability to master conflict situations.
