KI Consultant -Microsoft Copilot & Agent Flows (m/f/d)

Implementation of Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions: You develop and implement AI-based applications based on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and Agent Flows, optimize business processes and create measurable added value for our customers. Preparation and implementation of customer workshops: You analyze the requirements of our customers and develop tailor-made concepts to identify potentials of AI applications. In addition, you take on the advice of our customers on your own, accompany implementations and also carry out training of employees. Presales and Marketing: As an expert, you will assist the sales department, introduce AI solutions and convince customers and interested parties of their added value. Technical training: You stay constantly at the heart of time, follow technological trends and evaluate new developments in artificial intelligence. Analysis and comparison of AI applications: You check existing AI solutions, evaluate them with regard to customer requirements and support in selecting the right technologies

Finded knowledge in the Microsoft-365 environment, especially in the use of Microsoft Copilot. Practical experience in the development of copilot agents as well as in the development of agent flows and comparable agent building solutions. Ability to analyze business processes and transfer them to productive applications using copilot agents and automation solutions. Embossed analytical thinking, a structured way of working and the ability to develop innovative solutions. High self-responsibility, team spirit and enthusiasm for new technologies and their practical application. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level).
