You control the current process of change within the Supply Technology Group and shape a new and future-oriented culture of leadership and cooperation. You are responsible for the management of the technical facility management and guides the supply technology, depending on the regional design with the topics of sanitary, ventilation, climate, heating technology and conveyor systems. In support teams, your employees work project-related and object-related together with the groups of civil engineering and electrical engineering. You analyze and evaluate developments at your location and build the necessary expertise for future requirements in your team. In addition, you will ensure the planning, prioritization and cross-border management of all projects within the meaning of a project portfolio management. Your tasks Creation and further development of an operating concept for the control operation Monitoring of all technical installations and buildings in the use phase (e.g. wastewater, water, gas, heat, air technology and use-specific installations such as kitchen technology, media supply, laboratory technology, fire extinguishing systems, process heat, cold and air systems or waste disposal systems) Assessment of the need for refurbishment in the field as well as proposals for the extension/improving of supply facilities Ensuring plant and maintenance contracts through framework contract agreements and creating performance agreements and service-level agreements Assessment of planning results of external specialist engineers Advising internal customers in the planning, design and construction of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and sanitation systems Supervision of the execution of installation, maintenance and repair work on highly complex control and control systems of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and sanitation technology and in building control technology

The prerequisite for hiring at the DLR is the safety checkability according to the Safety Audit Act (SÜG) and the readiness for a safety check according to § 8 et seq.
