You are a contact person (m/w/d) for our customers on health insurance You check, process and collect insurance claims independently and carefully. You act as an interface between our customers and external insurance partners You can reliably and service-oriented enquiries with insurers. You actively contribute to the optimization of our internal service and process processes You ensure that our high quality and service standards are complied with at any time

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant/buyer for office management, merchant/buyer in healthcare or a comparable qualification A training in the insurance sector, for example as a merchant for insurance and financial investments (m/w/d), is desirable First professional experience in insurance, ideal in health insurance, of advantage Experience in customer service, indoor service or call center is a plus Joy of telephone and written customer advice Embossed service and customer orientation as well as safe and friendly appearance Structured, careful and independent operation Team spirit and interest in digital processes, AI and continuous improvement
