Professional care of visitors and employees Monitoring the alarm system, documentation and escalation of security incidents Full management of the post-in and exit Coordination of meeting rooms and guest accommodation Return and return of loan and pool vehicles Support of team assistants and office organization, e.g. in travel management

Completed commercial or comparable vocational training Professional experience desirable Handling MS-Office Experience in the security industry (§ 34a GewO) and a valid license are advantageous Knowledge of access control systems is advantageous Communication strength and a high level of confidentiality
