Full management and organisation of a nursery with crib and kindergarten: As a lead, you are responsible for the development and implementation of a visionary strategy that takes into account not only the daily activities of the Kita, but also the long-term growth and development of the children. You are not only an administrator, but also a visionary that designes Kita as a place of learning, creativity and care.

Leadership and motivation of the team: You are headed by a team of educators, educators and supervisors who influence the life and learning of children every day. Its role is not only to set guidelines, but to be an inspirational model that encourages team members to do their best and to constantly develop. Through clear communication, empathy and a supportive environment, you create an atmosphere in which each team member feels valued and motivated to develop his full potential.

Ideally leadership experience: If you already have experience in managing a kita or similar facility, this is an additional plus. This experience has taught you that successful leadership means more than just management. You understand the meaning of empathy, communication and interpersonal relations and use these skills to create a supportive and inspiring working environment where each team member feels appreciated and heard.
