With your engineering or architectural background, you will bring well-founded expertise in construction planning, approval procedures and technical installations. You have experience in the control of complex construction and renovation projects – ideally also in the listed area – and also keep track of the various processes. Your expertise in the development of modern real estate management is strategically and operationally implemented with your team. With leadership experience and binding communication, you can combine existing teams (construction and technology) and implement new processes effectively. You bring the willingness to travel regularly to the different locations of the Diakoniewerk monastery Dobbertin throughout Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and identify with the diaconic values of the carrier.
