You develop features for our insurance platform that are used daily by real customers – Real Life instead of Uni project. You work in one of our agile product teams and from the first day you are part of the dev workflow around modern insurance technology. You bring in your ideas, try out new things and learn directly from experienced devs who think insurance and tech together. You develop new features and expand our existing insurance technology systems – with modern technologies in a diverse technology stack. You help advance our insurance comparison – e.g. digital application lines, self-services, pricing and decision logic. You grow step by step into complex software components – with support from the team and smart AI tools that help you code. You give and receive feedback: Code Reviews and Pull Requests from your colleagues (m/w/d) are of course part of everyday life. You accompany your tickets end-to-end – from the idea to the code to the productive operation – and always have a mentor: in your side. Your further development is important to us: we regularly look together where you want to go and what you want to learn – with the aim of taking you firmly into our team after your studies.

You are successfully enrolled in a study program of computer science, computer science or a comparable study program. You have Bock on work in agile teams and as we are always looking for the best solution, not the fastest hack. You bring knowledge of TypeScript or PHP and have already tried out in your own projects, university assignments or side jobs. First practical experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) you have already collected and know how to use their potential in the dev everyday. Ideally, you are interested in InsurTech / FinTech topics and find it exciting to make complex products digitally easy to use. Quality, team spirit and solution-oriented work are of course for you – you want to write code that runs stable and is good to maintain. You work structured, independent, get feedback if you don't move on, and you just want to keep developing. You can speak German in word and writing on at least C1 level, so you can easily communicate in dailys, code reviews and with stakeholders.
