As Head of the Legal Department and Syndicus Prosecutor (m/w/d), you are responsible for all legal matters of the Bank and advise the Executive Board, executives and departments on all legal issues. ♪

This is your responsibility: Strategic and organisational tasks Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Legal Department Responsibility for Bank’s legal governance structures Responsibility for budget, resource planning and external legal advisers Reporting to Management Board, Supervisory Boards and Boards Legal advice and operational activities Comprehensive legal advice from the Executive Board and departments Examination of legal questions, including the clarification of the facts, and the preparation and evaluation of solutions Self-governing of negotiations and representation of the Bank Examination, design and negotiation of complex contracts Close cooperation with compliance, risk management, revision and data protection

To convince us: Projektmanager (m/w/d) Insufficient professional experience in a financial sector or firm focusing on business law Knowledge and interest in banking and capital market law Supervision and regulation law Commercial and corporate law Contract law

Ability to understand complex legal situations Economic understanding and entrepreneurship Design and implementation strength Very good communication skills
