In our intensive sales entry program, we build your sales skills together with you, so that you can start up as a sales specialist (m/w/d). You identify and contact proactively new regionally based business customers: You can talk to Neukund either by phone or directly on site:individually to arrange an appointment on site In a personal conversation, you conduct a need analysis, present tailor-made solutions, create an offer and achieve a contract conclusion For your newly acquired customers: inside you are the Ströer vision and build a trusting relationship You get full support through your leadership, our training team, e-learning concepts and your colleagues:

You have a completed, ideally commercial, training and are curious about sales Driving licence Class B – You are ready to shine in the field service Empathie und Kontaktfreude – You like to go to new customers: Persuasiveness – You inspire new customers: inside for you and our products Hands-on-Mentality – You work independently and result-oriented Awesome and discipline – You remain targeted and do not discourage yourself from a “no” German language skills in word and writing
