Your tasks include professional customer consulting and support in all questions regarding service, repair technology and their cost-effectiveness. You are responsible for order processing, accounting and receivable management. You can consult your customers in terms of repair potentials or the acquisition of accessories and services. You are responsible for the execution of warranty and cunning requests and the creation of cost proposals. Final take over the examination of the work done and its quality.

Completed vocational training or technical vocational training Trade specialist:in or service consultant:internal qualification. Including professional experience in the field of service consulting/aftersales. High social competence and communication skills as well as self-initiative. German and English skills. Driving class B or III
