We are looking for a dedicated recruiter (m/w/d) with Polish Language skills for strengthening our team in 93049 Regensburg.

In this role you are responsible for the identification, Address and selection of suitable candidates in a dynamic Service environment. If you have a passion for recruiting have and have excellent communication skills, We look forward to your application.

Tasks:

• Active search and address of candidates
• Implementation of interviews
• Evaluation of applicant qualifications
• Care of the applicant database
• Collaboration with specialist departments to identify Staff requirements
• Development of recruitment strategies
• Participation in job fairs and networking events

Requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of human resources or comparable Qualifications
• experience in recruiting, ideally in the service sector a corresponding network of candidates
• Very good knowledge of Polish language in word and writing
• Good knowledge of German is required
• Communication strength and negotiation skills
• Teamability and independent working
