Individually responsible design, implementation, control and further development of modern and demand-oriented personnel development concepts and personnel development instruments, among others on the topics management development, talent management, health management, team building and follow-up planning Self-employed preparation and active support of different tools for personnel development (including employee talks, need analyses, feedback talks) Design and active support of change and organisational development processes Creating a sustainable learning culture – internal and external training and expanding our digital training opportunities Analysis of emerging skills needs and development as well as coordination of corresponding personnel development measures that promote both the professional and personal development of our employees

Complete university studies in the field of human resources management, economic psychology, business management with deepening staff, organisational and personnel development or a comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience in the design and implementation of personnel development topics (leading staff development, employee development, education management etc.) Good knowledge of moderation, consulting and coaching methods as well as training Knowledge in the application of modern HR tools, learning management systems and digital learning formats High level of communication and consulting skills, adaptability and innovation orientation
