Process Manager ICS Audit (m/f/d)

Planning and coordination of internal audits (including preparation of audit plans, organisation of audits) carry out internal audits according to the audit plan and as an audit, ad hoc audit or Examination in suspected cases Preparation of audit reports/annual reports and protocols Assessment of the test results with regard to the requirements of the implementation of further or other test routines Development of risk mitigation measures for specialist group, unit and department management Participation in audit-related discussions and moderation of professional appointments Implementation of process management and further development of the standard processes, incl. Analysis of IST processes Development and coordination of process proposals incl. Implementation of new processes (including success analysis)

Successfully completed training as a social security specialist (m/w/d) with further training or successfully completed university studies (Bachelor) in the field of business or a comparable qualification Additional qualification as a tester/auditor (m/w/d) desirable User knowledge in the fields of processes and internal control system as well as in AAG, EFZG and MuSchG desirable Analytical skills, fast and precise detection of facts and compact representation Handling MS Office products and industry standard health insurance software Experience with data evaluation Communication strength as well as pronounced process and target orientation Commitment, team capacity and resilience Constructive handling of critical situations Secure mastery of the German language (min. C1 level)
