Conducting theoretical and practical teaching in the field of body building technology, oriented to the professional image of the body builder imparting expertise in areas such as body repair, vehicle measurement, welding and adhesive technology, accident damage assessment and modern repair procedures Preparing and accompanying trainees for Gesellen and Master exams Planning, design and continuous development of course contents and teaching materials Practical instructions for workshop workstations and modern training facilities switching up-to-date expertise to new technologies (e.g. vehicle design, material science, electric mobility in body construction) Promotion and motivation of young trainees to raise and share enthusiasm for crafts

Complete master test in bodywork and vehicle builder crafts (Krosseriebaumeister/-in) or comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience in body construction, ideal with experience in accident repair and modern repair techniques joy in dealing with young people as well as pronounced educational motivation, to convey knowledge in a comprehensible and practical way First experience in training, guidance or training of trainees or Advantages of colleagues Safe handling of current workshop technologies and interest in technical Developments of the industry Communication strength, patience and joy at work in the team Structured, independent operation
