For our demanding building projects in Berlin, we are looking for a dedicated personality who successfully manages the electrotechnical structures of our projects with technical know-how, leadership and passion. Responsible project management and control of heavy-duty power plants in demanding construction projects Coordination, monitoring and control of electrotechnical planning and execution services Ensuring scheduled, quality and cost-oriented project execution Management and coordination of internal and external project participants, specialist planners and subcontractors Technical assessment of planning documents and participation in the optimization of technical solutions Management of tenders, awards and follow-up management Interface management between contractor, planning, construction management and other project participants Guided tour & promotion of our building managers: in addition to our junior staff

Successfully completed studies of electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management or project execution of electrotechnical installations in construction Knowledge in the field of high-current technology and relevant standards and regulations Experience in managing complex construction projects and interdisciplinary project teams Safe handling of current MS Office applications and ideally experience with BIM-based planning processes Communication strength, negotiation skills and safe occurrence
