We are the joint data center of German pension insurance at the locations Berlin and Würzburg. We operate the IT infrastructure for all pension insurance companies in Germany. Service management ensures efficient processes, ensures the quality of our services and is in direct contact with our customers. Customer service coordinates and controls IT services, we work closely with technology and with all commercial areas. We look forward to a new*n colleague at the Würzburg site.

Your tasks

• Coordinating and controlling requirements management
• Coordinate the Service Level Management, i.e., define and monitor Service Level
• Obtaining tasks in the field of customer service management, for example the business relationship management with departments and management of the other RV carriers and external companies as well as internal colleagues
• You are contact person*in for customer questions (included, contractual and technical) and for customer requirements, including feasibility analysis, prioritization and cost-effectiveness assessment
• Participation in the development of the DRV data center's product portfolio, the development of product strategies and the introduction of new products
• Advising and supporting clients in the budgeting and management of DRV data center products and services
• Working in working groups and projects

It is necessary to prepare for regular missions.

Your profile

• They have a successfully completed higher education (Bachelor/Diplom FH) or an equivalent qualification or a completed vocational training each with an IT focus or in the economics field
• You already have several years of relevant current professional experience in IT service management or IT account management as well as
• Current experiences and knowledge of project management and methods
• Ideally, you have a qualification or training in the IT field with corresponding understanding of IT topics and knowledge of the IT infrastructure of a data center
• An ITIL Foundation and an IREB certification complete your profile perfectly
• We would like to have a*n service- and service-oriented colleague with fun in teamwork and communication

As we are the data center of the German pension insurance company operator of critical infrastructure (KRITIS), there must be a willingness to undergo any security checks by the DRV federal government.

The body requires the willingness to attend on occasional missions and to participate in further training/organizations even outside the Würzburg site.
