Project management: Setup & implementation– you hold the threads in your hand. Customer support: You are the first point of contact for our customers in the daily business. Team leadership: You control team leaders and a large team (up to 70 heads). Account expansion: Existing customers evolve & new partners successfully onboard. Personal development: You are conducting talks that really continue (targeting, development, feedback). Success & strategy: You are responsible for the budget and sales targets – numbers are your compass.

Experience: You have already played a similar role – ideally in the field of communication, telecommunications or energy. Leader: You bring several years of experience in team management and controlling complex processes. Analytics & Tools: You are safe to use MS Office and ideally bring knowledge to SAP IS-U. Communication strength: You motivate others, can clearly convey complex topics and convince them at all levels.
