You are responsible for the product area of steel and wood construction and soar for its strategic further development You continuously plan and optimize the product range You carry out comprehensive market, customer and competitive analyses and take targeted measures In close cooperation with marketing and sales, you will design and implement batch-oriented measures to ensure the success of our products You develop innovative ideas and successfully implement them to shape our portfolio forward-looking You support the sales departments in customer projects, especially in the processing of inquiries and offers You create marketing and sales relevant product data for different sales channels and ensure smooth collaboration with the interfaces You build a sustainable partner management, imple­ment this successfully and take over supplier management including price negotiations

You bring a completed commercial or technical training or a corresponding study and have already gained experience in the distribution of products of steel and wood construction Your well-founded knowledge in the field of steel and wood construction as well as your technical understanding of products and solutions characterize you You are passionate about communication – both internally and externally – and you are happy to work with different interfaces Negotiating skills, team skills and an independent way of working belong to your strengths as well as a high degree of self-initiative You are flexible and willing to undertake occasional business trips to customer visits or trade fair appearances Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
