As part of the management of our training centre (60 beds), where many entrepreneurs and insurers are trained every year, we want to achieve a quality improvement in the area of guest care. Your activities essentially include: Exercise of duties of guest care from check-in to check-out, pre- and post-processing work (reservation management, billing, telephony, travel expenses processing) Support in event planning and implementation of events Service activities in our seminar restaurant (buffet and menu) and in the in-house bar, as well as all tasks arising in connection with the gastronomic care of our guests Cleaning activities - independent implementation of the cleaning work of the public areas and of the seminar and group rooms according to cleaning plan, support and testing of the cleaning service for the guest rooms, care of the laundry
