Specialist Coordinator Electrical Engineering & Safety Engineering (m/f/d)

Special responsibility for the electrical engineering and fire & life safety (including fire alarm, safety lighting, emergency power and safety-relevant installations) Professional control, control and evaluation of external service providers including performance, quality control and escalation in case of deviations Ensuring operator responsibility in particular with regard to test requirements, documentation, defect tracking and standard compliance Technical Contact (m/w/d) for Internal Affairs Accompanying maintenance, optimization and investment measures Participation in energy, efficiency and sustainability topics with focus on electrical engineering Participation in projects and special measures (no classic project management, but technical responsibility) Creating sound technical reviews and decision templates

Complete training in electrical engineering (e.g. electronics, master, technician) Optional: Continuing training in the field of building, safety or operating technology Multiannual practical experience in the operation of electrotechnical plants – ideally in larger existing properties Experience gained in the technical control and control of service providers Very good understanding of operator responsibility, test requirements and safety-relevant processes Ability to guide service providers professionally confident – even in critical situations Structured, pragmatic and powerful working methods Communication strength in handling internal interfaces and external partners Good MS-Office knowledge, document-proof work
