Quality management: They are responsible for ensuring and improving quality standards in production and derivation as well as for improving quality. In addition, you will create and maintain quality studies and help develop and implement quality management systems. At the same time, you conduct quality checks, audits and analyses and support various certifications and standards testing (e.g. ISO 9001). Training of our mechatronics: They support and support the trainees during their practical and theoretical training in the field of mechatronics and ensure that the training guidelines and standards are maintained. You can provide practical knowledge and theoretical knowledge. In close cooperation with the training team, you will continue to develop training content and methods in order to adapt the quality and relevance of training to current requirements.

Complete technical training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in quality and/or training of mechatronics Ideally, experience in quality management (ISO 9001) or the ability to develop in this area Pedagogical skill and joy in passing on knowledge to trainees Ideally a training event (AEVO) or the willingness to acquire it Safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English (word / font) A high self-initiative and a struc­tured way of working are the A and O in this job.
