Group-wide responsibility for building, maintaining and developing the quality and food safety management system according to relevant standards (including IFS, DZG gluten-free, V-label, KAT, RSPO, Rainforest Alliance, BIO, HALAL, KOSHER) as well as company-specific and customer-specific requirements. Responsibility for coordination and implementation of internal and external audits as well as for compliance with all certification and registration requirements. Responsibility for the central Center of Excellence (systems, standards and audits) to ensure an efficient, digitized and law-compliant quality management system that meets internal, legal and customer-specific requirements. Initiation and control of the digitalization of QM systems and processes Ensure IFS-compliant QM processes at the Bahlsen Group's logistics locations. Standardization and harmonisation of quality processes in the manufacturing plants and advice of the internal specialist areas in quality-relevant questions. Planning, implementation and control of the objectives and KPIs set out in the annual strategy plan, as well as the creation and monitoring of the budget in its own sphere of responsibility. Member of the operational crisis team and active cooperation in crisis situations as well as responsibility for complaint management and Bahlsen Consumer Service

You have a completed university degree in food chemistry, food technology or comparable scientific studies. You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position. You have experience in working with certification bodies and have several years of experience in internal audits. You bring strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team. You have very good communication skills in German and English to lead an open and convincing dialogue with stakeholders You have a methodical and structured way of working with high analytical thinking, negotiation skills and care.
