To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a (Junior) Consultant (m/w/d) consultant at one of our locations in Bonn or Cologne. As a (Junior) consultant in tender management (m/w/d), you will be part of an established team at the public service department. Depending on your existing professional experience, you will first take over the following activities in appropriate ownership: Call Management: Supporting the award managers in the processing of IT procurement procedures from the public service at federal level Analysis of the supply requirements Support as an interface in the communication between internal and external contact persons Quality assurance of the offers Project management: Creation of evaluations Support of the award managers Interface of internal and external stakeholders Support in the optimization of existing processes and tools This brings you with a completed IT-oriented training, a completed study, e.g. in the field of Business Administration (BWL), Computer Science or Business Informatics - also a cross-entry is possible with corresponding specialist knowledge at least first professional experience as assistance, in project management or with contracting authorities, preferably at federal level First contact points with the procurement law are desirable. Good Microsoft Office Knowledge An affinity for writing texts is an advantage.
