Responsibility for patient intake: coordination and ensuring correct patient intake across the South Campus Strategic development: control, planning and continuous optimization of the subject area taking into account legal and organisational changes in health care Support for personnel and team development and active support for process optimization and digitization projects Interface & Counselling: Central contact person for clinics, chief physicians and administration areas in all relevant questions Patient care & administration: Conducting administrative patient intake while complying with the data protection requirements and support for patients when using for election services

Completed commercial or medical training or studies in health care with extensive qualification in the area of billing or patient accommodation in the hospital Ideal experience in SAP IS-H and/or Orbis Good user knowledge in common computer programs (especially MS Office) Experiences in the field of employee management Strong service orientation and communication skills Analytical, structured and independent working methods combined with solution-oriented thinking
