In-house Software Trainer (m/f/d)

You lead IT trainings in different training formats (including classrooms, 1:1 trainings) to our in-house software in our local and digital branches You accompany the introduction of new applications ((co-)development and implementation of rollouts) as well as the associated process change and continuously contribute to successful use in day-to-day business You accept suggestions for improvement from our branches to the individual software applications and pass them on internally to the respective contact person (m/w/d) You identify the ongoing training needs in cooperation with the departments involved and the regional management You are responsible for the organisation and implementation of onboarding training at our offices Together with the other trainers (m/w/d) you develop our current training formats and existing training tools

IT/Softwaretrainer (m/w/d) You have further training or additional qualifications, for example in the areas of training design, presentation techniques and e-learning You bring the passion to convey other knowledge to make their tasks easier and more efficient You can also convey the fun and curiosity of IT applications to colleagues (m/w/d) with lower IT affinity You have a distinct ability to communicate effectively with persons at all organisational levels of the company A high degree of self-organization and time management facilitates your everyday work You have a strong readiness to travel in the north-east of Germany
