Development Engineer (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

These are your tasks in our team

• Development and verification of integrated circuits for infrared detectors
• You integrierst Mixed Signal Circuits in CMOS Technologies
• Specification of IC requirements
• You support the development of appropriate tools and methods
• Documentation of results

Your qualifications:

• Complete study of electrical engineering, microelectronics, mechatronics, communications technology, physics or a comparable qualification
• First experience in the development of integrated circuits and CMOS technologies
• Knowledge of Cadence Tools
• Very good knowledge of German and English
