Working student for our accounting department (m/f/d)

To strengthen our dedicated and continuously growing team, we are looking for you as:

(15 -20 h/week)

You support us in accounting for various administrative tasks: Preparation of import files in MS Excel for our ERP system (SAP S/4HANA) master data management – investment of new creditors and business partners Support in the debitoral accounting process (invoicing, cancellations and corrections) Communication with business partners and internal specialist departments Support in daily mail processing Flexible work on working days (Mo – Fr) between 8:00 – 15:00

You are immatriculated and ideally have first professional experience, e.g. as a student (m/w/d) in the office You are reliable, pay-affin, conscientious, motivated and responsible You can safely handle MS Excel You like to work in a team and in a modern, dynamic environment Very good knowledge of German and good English as well as good communication skills complete your profile Their responsible activity is carried out in close cooperation with the in-house departments. You are extensively incorporated by a collegial team and benefit from flexible working hours that can be optimally adapted to your studies.
