TGA Planner HLS (m/f/d)

HLS: Independently responsible planning of heating, ventilation and sanitary facilities in the field of technical building equipment – standard, precise and quality-conscious HOAI performance phases: independent processing of all relevant performance phases of HOAI in the field of supply technology/HLS – from pre-planning to execution planning Technical design: design and calculation of building equipment and quantity determination of system components Tendering & awarding: preparation of ready-to-order tender documents and participation in the technical examination and evaluation of tenders Energetic concepts: development and participation in energy concepts for modern, efficient buildings Start-up & acceptance: Monitoring of commissioning and support in carrying out technical acceptances Coordination: Technical coordination with project managers, construction managers and all other project participants for integrated, quality-assured project execution Documentation: Ensuring complete, structured and comprehensible project documentation

Qualification: Complete study in the field of supply technology, building technology or energy and environmental technology – alternatively a training as a state-tested technician with relevant experience Professional experience: First to multi-year practical experience in the TGA planning in the field of HLS – Professional starters with appropriate qualifications are welcome Expertise: Knowledge of the planning and implementation of heating, ventilation and sanitary facilities Knowledge of standards: Good knowledge of relevant regulations – especially HOAI, VOB and AHO System competence: Secure handling of MS Office 365; ideally experience with SAP as well as CAD programs such as AutoCAD Language competence: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Working method: Structured, independent and team-oriented – with willingness to continue professional development
