Your mission: Making integration possible You are responsible for the organizational and technical integration of common IT basic services at the seven art and music colleges. The focus of your activity is on the introduction of identity and access management (IAM). In doing so, you accompany the universities on their organizational and technical path to the use of common IT basic services. You do not rely on the innovation of each individual solution. Together with the universities, you will identify and develop best practices and transfer successful concepts to different organizational and technical situations. In this way, common standards are created gradually, which take into account local peculiarities and at the same time reduce the integration effort for all parties. Organizational technical integration You accompany the introduction and integration of common identity and access management into the existing organizational and IT landscapes of universities. Take into account the different starting positions of the universities, analyze existing processes, sources of identity, data flows and interfaces and develop sustainable integration concepts together with the local IT departments and departments. Building bridges You work equally with IT departments, staff departments, student administrations and other departments. You understand their different perspectives and combine technical, organizational and technical requirements. Operational support You are specifically supporting universities in implementing new solutions. These include: analysis of existing LDAP, active directories or other directory structures, evaluating and developing data flows and data quality; analysis and design of interfaces, accompanying the connection of source and target systems, accompanying migration, support for testing, piloting and roll-outs, and Creating reusable integration and documentation concepts. Our goal is to significantly relieve local IT departments in the transformation process. Cooperation You coordinate cooperation between universities and HITS.NRW and other nationwide partners and support the introduction of joint services through professional coordination, transparent communication and solution-oriented cooperation. Perspective Identity and Access Management is the gateway to your activity. With the development of joint IT services, you develop integration concepts for further central IT basic services together with the team and accompany their introduction to the art and music colleges.

Your profile: Technically sounded, convincing We are looking for a personality who has the pleasure of understanding complex IT landscapes and developing sustainable solutions together with different people. Your foundation A completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable subject or equivalent qualification through multiannual relevant professional experience. Your experience You have practical experience in introducing or implementing identity and access management solutions or comparable infrastructure and integration projects. Ideally, you have already gained experience with identity and authorization management, directory services, authentication and authorization procedures; federal identities, interfaces and integration platforms; or hybrid IT landscapes. Experiences with OpenText's IAM products or comparable identity management solutions are beneficial. The introduction takes place as part of the nationwide OpenText solution. More important than the experience with a specific product is your understanding of organizational and technical integration processes.
