Head of Calculation / (Senior) Calculator Technical Facility Management (m/f/d)

For our central Product Management department in the Technical Facility Management team, in which we develop future services and accompany our operational units throughout Europe in the extraction and implementation of new orders. The office is optionally located at one of our Germany-wide locations (e.g. Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin).

Management and control of the creation of market analyses and technical/commercial evaluations of projects in technical building management/technical facility management (is this not a doubling: building management and facility management? I would remain with the variant from the title of the ad as TFM; this will make this bulky point shorter) for our international customers in the manufacturing industry; Analysis and economic assessment of supply risks Inspire for TFM: Calculation of complex TFM services including material and resources for customer projects based on extensive performance directories Acquisition of tasks: collection of new entrepreneurial offers and selection of suppliers; independent preparation of pre-qualification and tender documents Promoting progress: building and maintaining benchmark databases; further development of costing tools as well as implementation of internal training; significant participation in the development of the TFM-calculation know-how and the TFM-calculation-excellence Living cooperation: leadership and further development of employees in the TFM calculation; (m/w/d) and project managers (m/w/d) as well as preparation of tender information for the departments

Education: Completed Engineering Studies with Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or completed Technical Training as e.g. mechatronics engineer HKLS (m/w/d), Elektriker (m/w/d), MSR technician (m/w/d) Experience: Long-standing professional experience in the field of technical facility management and well-founded knowledge in the calculation of maintenance services in the field of building technology; first guide experience of advantage Working methods: Self-employed, structured and result-oriented working methods and pronounced cost awareness Personality: Analytical thinking; Commitment and team skills and high service orientation Know-how: Secure handling of MS Office applications (excel and PowerPoint) Languages: Very good German and good English skills in word and writing, other foreign languages (e.g. Spanish, French) desirable Use: readiness to travel in Germany and Europe (10-20%)
