Your tasks:

General responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the department, whose focus is on contract and claim management for on- and offshore cable projects Creation, coordination, negotiation, administration and strategic development of all relevant contracts in close cooperation with lawyers, technical colleagues and the involved purchasing interfaces to make holistic decisions Creating Claim Strategies and Conducting Lessons Learned to Improve Processes and Promise Negotiations Responsible examination, assessment and enforcement Representation of claims (thus) within the framework of cable projects for the energy transition Contract management and control of deadlines, payment miles etc. after conclusion of the contract Responsible for the audit-proof documentation of all activities

Your profile:

a successful degree in the field of economic engineering, architecture, law, engineering, a maritime study course or a comparable qualification Cross-input from plant construction / industry / technical and commercial project management / steel and armor industry desired Professional experience in a leadership function, ideal in the project environment well-founded professional experience in claim or contract management Ability to work on complex issues and technical issues (including transmission networks, transformers, converters, construction processes) and to prepare them in a comprehensible manner safe and professional appearance negotiating skills and the ability to clearly and constructively represent interests, as well as pronounced communication and presentation skills an independent and structured way of working safe handling of MS Office (in Excel and PowerPoint) Readiness to travel within the framework of project requirements knowledge of German and English in word and writing
